This session covers information that can help Water Plant Operators Prepare for their State Exams. Using a “Flash Card” Format Students will be given possible test questions and asked to answer them. There will also be training and discussion on all treatment processes as well as math, safety, mechanical and lab topics.

8:30 – 9:00 Overview of Maryland State Water Exams.
9:00 – 9:30 Math formula questions, comments and answers.
9:30 – 11:30 Water Treatment process’s questions, comments and answers.
11:30 – 12:00 Laboratory and testing requirements questions, comments and answers.
12:00 – 12:30 Mechanical and safety questions, comments and answers.
